Who Are We?
Peace of Mind Property Management & Repair is owned and operated by Steve Bunkoff, a pastor of many years and now on staff at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City. Steve brings his years of business expertise, construction background and pastoral touch to the table as he works with you and the tenants that rent from you. This provides an atmosphere of care, integrity and peace with every job.
How Does It Work?
We provide a peace of mind approach to you by combining both rental management to deal with the administration and paperwork; AND a handyman repair service to deal with emergencies, the day to day repairs or large projects that may arise.
The administration fees cover things like: tenants coming in or leaving, regular inspections of the property, handling contracts, securty deposits, and monthly reports sent to you, the landlord.
Repair covers any emergencies, seasonal maintenance or larger projects that may need to be done.
Some companies charge as much as 18% of the total rental income for their administrative fees. We charge only 8% of the total monthly income for administration. Any repairs or maintenance needed are billed according to the job.
